Patricia JeanWESTIt is with immense sadness, that we announce the passing of our cherished mom and nan Pat on 8th May 2018, aged 86.
She will be greatly missed by Jenny, Andrew and Tony, their Partners Noel, Yvonne and Julie, Grandchildren Kelly, Matt, Stuart, Phil, Harry and Holly and Great-Grandchildren Jess, Jude, Bradley and Eric.
Reunited with her husband Norman. She will be loved and remembered always.
Funeral service to take place on Tuesday 29th May at 12pm at St Chads Church, Hollyfield Road, Sutton Coldfield followed by a private family burial. Then afterwards at The Ramada Hotel, Penns Lane, Walmley B76 1LH. Family flowers only please, donations on the day for staff at Orchard House Nursing Home.
